だるまと雪だるま

みなさん、こんばんは！

今日のじゅぎょうで、「雪」という漢字を勉強しましたね。
とてもきれいな漢字ですね。

そして、日本語で「snowman」は、「雪だるま」でしたね。

今日じゅぎょうのおわりに、リオンさんがかわいいだるまを書きました。

だるまのしゃしんもあります。ちょっと見て下さい！

まだ目がありません。。

だるまの色は、赤です。
だるまはさいしょまだ目（め）がありません。(no eyes yet in the beginning)

いいことがおきてから、だるまの目をかきます。(when something fortunate/good
happened, you would draw the eyes of DARUMA in black ink for congratulating
the fortunate event.)

くろい目を書きました！

1. Work in a group of 4 people and initiate a brief discussion about "what makes a good blog".

Remember, at the end of the semester, your blogs will be evaluated not only by your sensei, but also by yourself, your classmates as well as other Japanese language instructors.

We will use the ideas derived from your discussion today as a basis for deciding the criteria that we will use to evaluate your blogs at the end of the semester.

What makes a good blog? According to our group, we feel that first of all making a good blog in Japanese depends on the correct usage of 漢字. Also, youtube videos and pictures can emphasize points that are made in the blog post. Also, blogs should have a purpose and it helps to organize them, especially by breaking up one giant paragraph into many smaller ones. And most of all, NO GOOGLE TRANSLATION!!! The results just sound weird and don't come out correctly. ^o^ "meow!"
